All parts are covered by the limited warranty extended by our manufacturers. Parts returned for warranty claim will be exchanged or credited at our option. A-1Performance or our manufacturers will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling, improper installation, abuse, neglect, or accidents. WIRE TRANSFERS: Customers wishing to do business by wire transfer, including overseas and international accounts, please contact us, 713-722-9200, for wiring instructions.
All shipments will be sent via ground, unless other service is requested. Most standard sized orders are shipped same day by UPS. Overnight, two or three day delivery is also offered at an additional freight charge. If these services are requested the applicable freight charge will be added to your invoice. If you have any questions about shipping please call our sales department, 888-996-0303, for clarification.
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for the package. Please note with carrier any problems or damages with order. All claims for shipment damage is to be made with shipper. If the package is in good condition, and has concealed damage please notify shipping company and A-1Performance. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior authorization.
All returns are subject UP to a 20% restocking charge. Please call for an (RGA) Return Goods Authorization before returning any item. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! All items returned must be in unused, new condition and in the original packaging. Lost or damaged parts cannot be exchanged or refunded. There are No Refunds or No Returns allowed on Special Order Manufactured Parts. Any authorized return must be sent freight prepaid to: A-1Performance, 6823 Fulton St., Houston, TX 77022. After an inspection of the returned parts a refund will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase, within 14 working days from receipt of returned goods. Freight Charges and any applicable sales taxes are non-refundable. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
